The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Biscuit just misses with a punch to the body.
Biscuit takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Schmorgen Biscuit has been cut.
Phetboonme bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Biscuit dips to his left and cracks Phetboonme with an uppercut!
Phetboonme uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Biscuit.
Kongchai Phetboonme seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Biscuit tries for a takedown but Phetboonme sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Biscuit tests Phetboonme's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Phetboonme defending well as Biscuit loads up on a big left hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Biscuit shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Biscuit takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A thudding body kick lands there by Phetboonme!
Biscuit thows a left - swing and a miss!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Biscuit throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Phetboonme changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Phetboonme connects with a high kick.
Phetboonme rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Biscuit moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kongchai Phetboonme is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Phetboonme misses with a looping left.
Biscuit shoots in for a takedown but Phetboonme shows good takedown defense.
Biscuit has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Crapollas Gym in the buildup to the fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Schmorgen Biscuit. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Phetboonme throws a head kick that misses

and Biscuit counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Biscuit's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Phetboonme avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Phetboonme tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Phetboonme looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Biscuit throws a strike but Phetboonme rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Phetboonme wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Biscuit's closed guard. He's half up but Biscuit has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Biscuit pivots and extends the arm, Phetboonme falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Biscuit! Well done that man!
