PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Fullerton (ranked 4831 p4p, 5383 weight class) and Illa Vanilla (ranked 532 p4p, 548 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Sam Fullerton has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sam Fullerton seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Sam Fullerton will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

As Vanilla looks to move away, Fullerton throws a big counter combo but Vanilla just gets out of the way.

Fullerton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vanilla manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Vanilla is working an open guard so Fullerton takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Fullerton comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sam Fullerton.
I think Fullerton has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
