He has the power to get to Khabib Nurmagomedov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov moves away from the strike by Edmonds.
Edmonds with a hook.
Nurmagomedov misses with a lunging right hand
and Edmonds counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nurmagomedov. Edmonds does a little dance to reset his feet.
Edmonds lands with a good body shot.
Nurmagomedov takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Nurmagomedov has closed the distance and engaged Edmonds in a clinch.

Nurmagomedov lands a nice hook to Edmonds's body. Edmonds takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Edmonds feints and then cracks Nurmagomedov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nurmagomedov down.
We've been informed that Nurmagomedov has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Nice uppercut lands for Edmonds. That snapped Nurmagomedov's head back.

Edmonds rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nurmagomedov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nurmagomedov tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Nurmagomedov lands a big uppercut and Edmonds crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Edmonds looks OK. Nurmagomedov waves Edmonds back to his feet!
Oh Edmonds is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nurmagomedov moves out of range as Edmonds strikes.

Edmonds is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Nurmagomedov just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Edmonds has gone limp and this one is over!
