The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mountain listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Voronov lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mountain's sensitive parts.
A low kick from Voronov is predictable there
and Mountain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Mountain counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mountain looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Voronov misses with a wild body shot.
Mountain was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Yuri Voronov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Voronov lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Voronov wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A nice leg kick from Voronov, right into the meat of the thigh.
Voronov misses with an uppercut
and Mountain counters with a nice right hand that sends Voronov toppling to the canvas! Voronov scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Mountain finish him?!

Mountain fakes the body blow, causing Voronov to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Voronov goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

After winning the bout, Kaki Mountain thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
