Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Juhani Ilves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Arshavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ilves comes to the cage accompanied by Disco Duck. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Juhani Ilves! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Fedor Arshavin! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Arshavin scores with a takedown into Ilves's guard. Arshavin is in close to Ilves's body, working some short punches and elbows. Ilves manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Arshavin manages to get himself to full guard.
Arshavin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ilves stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Arshavin swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ilves sitting in guard here, content to control. Arshavin is looking for a triangle but Ilves pushes his legs off easily.
Arshavin can't keep his opponent in guard - Ilves advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Ilves is looking for a kimura but Arshavin is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Ilves to get the leverage. Ilves wants to free his trapped foot but Arshavin is holding on for dear life with his legs. Arshavin is trying to get back to full guard. Still in half guard, Ilves seems content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ilves wants to work for an arm triangle but Arshavin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ilves is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Arshavin has managed to free his arm - good work. Arshavin is refusing to be controlled, as Ilves sits in half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Arshavin shoots in looking for a takedown. Ilves tries to sprawl out of it but Arshavin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ilves manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Arshavin gets the takedown into side control. Ilves is trying to control Arshavin's posture but Arshavin avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ilves manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Ilves wants to work for an arm triangle but Arshavin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ilves is breathing heavily. Arshavin gets full guard. Arshavin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Arshavin is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Arshavin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ilves can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Arshavin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ilves gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ilves wants to control from the top but Arshavin keeps moving. Ilves throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ilves thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Ilves works a leg free and moves into half guard. Ilves throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Ilves wants to control but Arshavin is keeping him busy. Arshavin wants to control but Ilves is keeping busy and won't allow it. Ilves looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Ilves is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Arshavin regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Arshavin looking for a guillotine here but Ilves defends easily.
Ilves is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Arshavin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ilves gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Ilves stands and throws Arshavin's legs to the side, diving into side control. Ilves working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Arshavin is not content to let Ilves control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fedor Arshavin dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Arshavin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Arshavin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Arshavin clinches. Ilves with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Ilves jumps guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ilves is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Arshavin is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Arshavin wants to control from the top but Ilves keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ilves is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Arshavin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Ilves is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Arshavin rolls with it to try and escape but Ilves cranks on the arm and Arshavin is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
