With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mohamed El Shaarawy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

El Shaarawy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Broxtino sprawls well initially but El Shaarawy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Broxtino kicks El Shaarawy off and gets back to his feet.
Broxtino dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Broxtino cracks El Shaarawy with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looks like Mohamed El Shaarawy has been cut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that El Shaarawy has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Broxtino steps in with a hook that catches El Shaarawy right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Broxtino follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! El Shaarawy looks absolutely devastated.

Carlito Broxtino made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'I want a rematch with Cisnarf "Hitman" Ounnagn, but I am looking to fight other opponents also! Depends the situation and what offers I get sent.'.
