Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Amaranth to score with a decent uppercut.
Amaranth changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Evans tries to avoid it but Amaranth manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Evans to the ground. Evans escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Amaranth tries for a takedown but Evans sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Evans drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Amaranth is breathing heavily.
Amaranth takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Amaranth looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Evans is fending him off so far but Amaranth persists. Nope, Evans circles away and we're back to standing.
Evans closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
