Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wang Chung (ranked 1344 p4p, 2386 weight class) and Scully Peterson (ranked 199 p4p, 317 weight class). Chung comes to the cage accompanied by Everybody Wang Chung Tonight. Peterson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Riddler - Method Man. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scully Peterson!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Chung counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Peterson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Peterson slips under a jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Chung misses the target.
It seemed like Peterson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Peterson avoids a kick to the body.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Peterson! But no joy.
Chung throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Chung feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Chung will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
As Chung backs off Peterson throws a huge counter combo but Chung manages to avoid it all.
Peterson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chung in his tracks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chung has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Peterson arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Chung's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

An out of breath Scully Peterson thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
