Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Sins (ranked 24852 p4p, 23359 weight class) and Sutarjo Sukarman (ranked 602 p4p, 627 weight class). Sutarjo Sukarman looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Sins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 33 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sutarjo Sukarman! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sins takes the fight into the clinch. Sukarman fails to pull guard.
Sins stalls. Sukarman breaks from the clinch.
Sins shoots in and gets a takedown into Sukarman's guard. Sins makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Sukarman has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Canucks Combat Club. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Sukarman can't keep his opponent in guard - Sins advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Sukarman is not content to let Sins control the position. Sins is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sukarman sees it coming and defends easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sins wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sukarman keeps working. Sins is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sins looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Sins prevents Sukarman from standing back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sins looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Sins winds up and cracks Sukarman with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Sukarman wants to control but Sins is keeping busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sins is trying to control. Sukarman wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Sins seems to be looking for submissions.
Sins performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Sukarman is looking to improve his position.
Sukarman moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Sins is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Sukarman is trying to keep Sins in close.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sins tries to stand but Sukarman is controlling from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sins looks for a takedown but Sukarman sprawls well. Sukarman shoots in but Sins avoids the takedown attempt easily. Sukarman looks winded! Sins gets a clinch. Sukarman misses with the head strike.
Sins has had enough of the clinch but Sukarman keeps him there for the moment. Sins has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Sukarman is trying to keep an underhook but Sins manages to get the takedown into half guard. Sins trying to control from half guard but Sukarman is working away. Sins wants to pass to mount but Sukarman is defending the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sukarman flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Sukarman tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Sins wants to control but Sukarman is keeping him busy. Sins wants to pass the guard but Sukarman is defending well. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Sins wants to stand but Sukarman has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sukarman goes for a double leg but Sins avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sins continues to drive forward. Johnny Sins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sutarjo Sukarman. Sins tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Sukarman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sins avoids it really well and circles away. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Sins dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Sukarman shoots in looking for a takedown. Sins tries to sprawl out of it but Sukarman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. As Sukarman looks to move away, Sins throws a big counter combo but Sukarman just gets out of the way. Sins closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Sukarman tries to kick Sins off in order to stand up. Sins Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Sukarman is not content to let Sins control the position. Sins tries to stand but Sukarman is controlling his head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sins trying to control the action but Sukarman is working from the bottom. Sukarman is breathing heavily. Sins landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.

Possibly, maybe, no Sins has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sins working the body and head with strikes. Sukarman tries to bench press Sins off him but Sins keeps the position. Sins taking a breather here. Sukarman is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

As Sukarman looks to move away, Sins throws a big counter combo but Sukarman just gets out of the way. Sins closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Sins wants to stand up but Sukarman is controlling the position.

Sukarman makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Sukarman. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Sutarjo Sukarman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sins throws a head kick but Sukarman moves out of range.
Sukarman feints and as Sins raises his hands in defense, Sukarman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Sins pulls Sukarman in close to prevent any damage. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sukarman's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Sins working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sukarman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sukarman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sukarman pushing down on Sins's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sins is looking for a sweep. Sukarman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Johnny Sins is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Sins showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sins has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
