Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Iaspero Yalixqua (ranked 1981 p4p, 4102 weight class) and Gaizka Elizondo (ranked 262 p4p, 496 weight class). Yalixqua's entrance music is Stop This Flame. A fine choice. Elizondo has chosen Peewee Longway & Money Man - Ooowwweee as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Iaspero Yalixqua had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

We've been informed that Elizondo has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Yalixqua takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A looping hook to the body misses from Yalixqua. Elizondo does a little dance to reset his feet.

Elizondo moves into range and clinches up with Yalixqua.
Elizondo has a couple of punches blocked by Yalixqua.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Elizondo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Yalixqua. That did some damage!
