Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brendan Rowen!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morales stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Morales wants it to stay on the feet.
Rowen looks to clinch
and Morales counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Rowen is looking to clinch but Morales is avoiding it.
It looked like Morales was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Rowen.
Rowen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rowen tries to land a body kick
and Morales counters with a nice body shot.

Rowen shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Morales manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Morales wants to stand up but Rowen is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Rowen working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Rowen rushes Morales and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

A little feinted left hand from Morales on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Rowen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Morales. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Morales on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Rowen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Morales was covering up waiting for the punch and Rowen finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rowen is stalling here. Morales is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Rowen seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Morales has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

and Rowen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Rowen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Morales swings for the body but Rowen moves out of range.
Morales is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rowen can do to turn this around?
