The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Philips lands with a straight right. Goodman didn't see that one coming.

It looks like Saul Goodman has been cut.
Goodman scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Goodman throws a solid leg kick but Philips takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Goodman.
Goodman feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Philipss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Goodman throws a body kick that misses.
Goodman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Philips throws out a powerful jab.
A leg kick checked by Goodman.
Goodman tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Philips manages to circle out of the way.
Goodman misses with an uppercut.
Philips on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Goodman lands with a nice combination. Philips backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Radio Philips has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Goodman throws a chopping leg kick but Philips manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Philips lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Philips sizes up Goodman with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Philips stands up and waves to Goodman to follow him.
Oh Goodman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Goodman has closed the distance and engaged Philips in a clinch.
Philips's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Goodman seems to have got his legs back now.
Goodman blocks an elbow strike from Philips.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Goodman creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Philips can't find room to land a body shot as Goodman controls the action.

Our sources have told us that Goodman has been working on his elbows in the gym.

and Philips counters with a head kick that drops Goodman - he's looking to finish, following his stunned foe to the ground!

Philips decides to stand and escape the position.

Sloppy strikes from Goodman. Those never looked like landing.
Goodman is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Philips Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Goodman is out cold, face down on the mat!
