Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Osama Ninja!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hulkki pete!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ninja fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
pete looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A punch combination from pete misses.
pete circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ninja moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
pete throws a left and a right that both miss

and Ninja counters with a nice double leg into side control. pete won't be happy with that.
Ninja advances to mount.
Ninja connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if pete can do anything to dispel that myth.
Ninja wants to control the pace but pete is squirming around nicely.
Ninja in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Ninja can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as pete is looking to escape.

Ninja looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Ninja takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Ninja fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
pete really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ninja. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ninja content just to control the position here.
pete tries to buck Ninja off but Ninja takes his back!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Can pete hold on?! Ninja is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
pete trying to get back to his feet but Ninja is in full control for now.

Ninja patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
pete just trying to survive but Ninja is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Ninja has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ninja is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

pete is trying to stand. He's onto all fours with Ninja on his back. Ninja looks like he's slipping off but he's actually tansitioning to a beautiful armbar! pete has to tap out to a very impressive submission!
