Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alain Deloin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brat Hert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hert fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Deloin sprawls well initially but Hert persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hert is taking a breather. Deloin says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Hert is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

and Hert counters with a nice double leg into side control. Deloin won't be happy with that.
The referee asks Hert politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hert prefers to stall for the moment though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hert tries to close the distance and clinch but Deloin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Hert changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Deloin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Hert jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Deloin walks away with a smile on his face. Hert gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
