This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Scott Hall! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Bruno Lombardi and Jonathan Paton.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Hall with a lazy takedown attempt and Scott counters with a takedown into side control. Scott is looking to take a break and control but Hall is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Hall might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Scott is desperately trying to improve his position but Hall has a good base and remains in mount. Hall controlling from the full mount. Hall seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Scott is holding on tight.

Scott is desperately trying to improve his position but Hall has a good base and remains in mount. Hall controlling the position easily from mount. Scott tries to hold on but Hall postures up. Scott is controlling an arm, preventing Hall from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
