Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leyte Gulf (ranked 142 p4p, 370 weight class) and James Hunt (ranked 19 p4p, 61 weight class). Gulf's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, James Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gulf is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hunt.
A nice leg kick from Gulf, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hunt uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gulf.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Gulf looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Hunt with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gulf to score with a decent uppercut.

Hunt has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Hunt fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Gulf to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Gulf looks to clinch but Hunt throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Gulf taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
