Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Todd Packer (ranked 5261 p4p, 1730 weight class) and Rich Mahogany (ranked 565 p4p, 260 weight class). Mahogany is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Litty. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Rich Mahogany enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Todd Packer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rich Mahogany!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mahogany keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Packer closes the distance and clinches.

Mahogany manages to break the clinch.

Packer tries to close the distance and clinch but Mahogany swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Packer moves into range and clinches up with Mahogany.

Mahogany throws a solid leg kick but Packer takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Mahogany.

Packer takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Mahogany fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Packer.

Packer tries to close the distance and clinch but Mahogany swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mahogany drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mahogany jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

and Mahogany counters with a nice uppercut.
Mahogany feints and then cracks Packer's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Packer down.

I really don't envy Packer right now.

That was a close second round but I would say that Todd Packer will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

The crowd cheers as Mahogany lands an impressive looking overhand right. Packer doesn't seem phased though.

Packer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mahogany has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Packer has managed to get both his arms back between Mahogany's legs - danger averted.
Rich Mahogany has got the better of the ground game so far.
