Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Corwin Anstey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nathan Leal!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anstey feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Leals jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Anstey moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Anstey definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A nice combination there by Anstey.
Leal slips under a jab.
It seemed like Leal was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Anstey shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Leal napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Anstey wants to stand but Leal is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Anstey takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Leal keeps the fight on the outside.
Anstey's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Anstey duly obliges.

Despite the aggression on Leal's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Anstey tries to grapple but his opponent circles
letting Leal counter with a right hand.

It looks like Corwin Anstey has been cut.

As Anstey backs off Leal throws a huge counter combo but Anstey manages to avoid it all.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Anstey lands a glancing blow to the side of Leal's head.
Anstey throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Leal counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Anstey falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
