Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vinnie Violence!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Violence.

Miles gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Violence changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Violence throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
An attempted straight right counter from Miles misses the target.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Violence.
Miles attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Violence slips under a jab from Miles.
Violence is trying to counter with his kicks.
Violence slips a jab from Miles.
Violence darts in looking for a takedown but Miles gets double underhooks and turns Violence into the cage.

Violence tries to close the distance and clinch up but Miles swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Violence throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Miles tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Violence is in Miles's guard.

Sloppy strikes from Violence. Those never looked like landing.
Miles misses with a looping left.
Violence avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Violence slaps away a takedown attempt from Miles, before circling back to the center of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Miles has managed to clinch.
Violence tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Miles smiles and moves away.

Miles shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Violence's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Violence moves out of range of the strikes.

Violence shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Miles defends it nicely.

Violence tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Miles swivels and escapes.
Vinnie Violence has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Dan Miles is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
A head kick from Violence lands but Miles takes it in his stride.

I would just about give that final round to Vinnie Violence.
