These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hickok misses the jab.
Galaxy ducks under a wild hook from Hickok.
Galaxy tries to clinch up but Hickok circles away and keeps his distance.
Galaxy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hickok sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Galaxy somewhat.
Hickok lands a nice hook to Galaxy's body. Galaxy takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hickok swings for the body but Galaxy moves out of range.
Galaxy tries to counter with a clinch but Hickok shakes him off and moves away.
Hickok jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hickok lands a jab.
It looks like Ford Galaxy has been cut.
Hickok drops Galaxy with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Galaxy looks back up at him and smiles so Hickok waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Galaxy is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Galaxy shoots in for a double leg but Hickok sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Galaxy is still on wobbly legs! Can Hickok finish him?
Galaxy walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Hickok swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
