Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brendan Rowen!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sukita on his heels. He'll look to pass Sukita's guard now, I'm sure.
Sukita is wriggling around but Rowen manages to pass to half guard.

Sukita is kicking away at Rowen from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Rowen grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Sukita trying to push Rowen off... Sukita taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
