Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Klaus Silverstein (ranked 22278 p4p, 22912 weight class) and Bsmds Nasmfus (ranked 204 p4p, 200 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Klaus Silverstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bsmds Nasmfus!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nasmfus moves into range and clinches up with Silverstein.

Nasmfus works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Nasmfus is fighting to break Silverstein's control of his arms but Silverstein is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Nasmfus loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Nasmfus must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Nasmfus postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Nasmfus engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Silverstein controls Nasmfus momentarily but Nasmfus frees himself.

Nasmfus closes the distance and clinches.
Silverstein is trying to pull guard but Nasmfus turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Nasmfus wants a takedown but no success here.
We've been hearing reports that Silverstein has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Nasmfus pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Silverstein tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nasmfus has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Nasmfus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silverstein, pushing him back against the cage.
Silverstein is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Nasmfus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nasmfus misses with a series of wild punches.
No luck for Silverstein with that takedown attempt.

Silverstein drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Nasmfus lands with a light punch inside.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Silverstein tries for a takedown but Nasmfus manages to get underhooks.

Nasmfus is wriggling around but Silverstein manages to pass to half guard.

Nasmfus swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Silverstein fails to pull guard.
Nasmfus wants a takedown.

Nasmfus successfully pulls guard.
Nasmfus is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Silverstein is controlling him.
Nasmfus is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Nasmfus is trying to trip Silverstein. He has hold of a leg but Silverstein is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Nasmfus persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Bsmds Nasmfus showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nasmfus wants to slow Silverstein down by chopping away at his legs.

Nasmfus ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Nasmfus no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Nasmfus wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Silverstein manages to pass to side control.

Silverstein wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nasmfus keeps working.

Nasmfus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silverstein, pushing him back against the cage.

Silverstein jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nasmfus walks away with a smile on his face. Silverstein gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Bsmds Nasmfus is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Nasmfus is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Silverstein can't fight it off and eventually Nasmfus manages to take the fight to the floor. Silverstein looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Silverstein dives in and grabs Nasmfus's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nasmfus pushes down on Silverstein's head and hops out.

Nasmfus rushes Silverstein and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Bsmds Nasmfus comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Nasmfus has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
