Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tauski Mountain (ranked 989 p4p, 1188 weight class) and Hueng Son (ranked 28 p4p, 37 weight class). Hueng Son will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tauski Mountain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hueng Son! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oooh a lovely combination from Mountain sends Son down but not out. Mountain dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like Hueng Son has been cut. You can see the frustration on Son's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Both fighters take a look at the clock. Son is trying to control Mountain's posture but Mountain avoids it. Son holds on to Mountain's head and controls the position momentarily. Son manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Son wants to improve his position but Mountain is controlling well.
Son is doing well to control the position and prevent Mountain from advancing to side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mountain controlling the action here. Son desperately trying to maintain half guard. Mountain stalling. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Son is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Mountain takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Mountain misses with a low kick. A big left from Mountain misses. A low kick lands for Son.
Some wild striking there from Mountain.
Son misses the jab. Mountain throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Son misses with a left hand and Mountain counters with a lovely straight right hand! Son blocks a jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Son lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Tauski Mountain has been cut. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Son checks a leg kick. Son throws the kick towards the body but Mountain avoids it. Mountain swings for the body but Son moves out of range.

Mountain lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Son circles away quickly and effectively. Son throws a looping overhand right but Mountain ducks down to avoid it. Mountain moves away from the strike by Son. Mountain slips under a jab from Son. Nice body kick there by Son. Son looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Mountain pushes Son off and scrambles back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Son moves away from the strike by Mountain. Mountain keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Son fails to land the takedown. Mountain moves away from the strike by Son. Son lands a lovely overhand right. Mountain takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Son tries a low kick but Mountain avoids it. Son tries to score with a low kick but Mountain moves his leg out of the way. A punch combination from Son misses. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tauski Mountain dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Mountain misses with a low kick. A jab lands there for Son. Tauski Mountain is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Son misses with a looping left. Son avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Son fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Mountain checks it well. Mountain throws a quick counter kick to the body but Son avoids it. Mountain takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. We've been told by Mountain's head coaches at Shut Up & Train! {$1000} that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Son keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Son ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mountain moves away. Mountain was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Son dodges the punch combination from Mountain.
Mountain blocks the body kick.
That kick from Son tenderised Mountain's leg. Mountain is trying to keep his angry face on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Son looks to throw the jab but Mountain is out of range. Son misses with a wild body shot. Mountain swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Son cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Mountain is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Son's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Mountain scores with a leg kick.
Mountain throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Nice body punch from Mountain. Son fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Son moves away from the strike by Mountain. Son is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Mountain with a body shot. Mountain throws a leg kick and Son counters with a lovely straight right hand! Son misses with an uppercut
and Mountain counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Son throws a body shot but no joy. Mountain fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Mountain shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Son looks to land a combination but Mountain avoids it well. Son throws a series of punches but Mountain moves out of range. Son throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Mountain counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mountain turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Tauski Mountain is winning the standup battle so far. Mountain moves forwards but Son connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Tauski Mountain's cut is getting worse. Son looks to score with a jab to the body but Mountain is just out of range. Son thuds his right hand into Mountain's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mountain on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Mountain is rocked!
Tauski Mountain's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Son checks a low kick from Mountain. Son only half commits to the counter leg kick. Oh Mountain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. An inside leg kick lands from Mountain. Mountain seems to have got his legs back now. A chopping leg kick lands by Mountain. A combination from Mountain does no damage. Mountain takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Son lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Mountain falls backwards - clearly groggy! Son dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hueng Son! Hueng Son bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
