Kersikov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Builder - Her Voice (Headhunterz Remix). Aum Munga has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Dmitri Kersikov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munga ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kersikov moves away.
Kersikov swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Aum Munga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kersikov checks a leg kick.
Munga throws a nice looking combination but Kersikov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Kersikov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Munga throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kersikov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Munga shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kersikov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kersikov pushes Munga off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
