Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karockas Thibodeaux (ranked 67 p4p, 5160 weight class) and Mack Jesservey (ranked 12 p4p, 569 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Karockas Thibodeaux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mack Jesservey!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jesservey gets a clinch.
Thibodeaux looking to throw knees to the head but Jesservey is blocking nicely.
Jesservey pushes Thibodeaux back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jesservey's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jesservey's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Jesservey is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Thibodeaux to keep the fight standing.
Thibodeaux makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Thibodeaux is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Thibodeaux definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jesservey fails to pull guard.
Karockas Thibodeaux has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mack Jesservey.
Thibodeaux gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Jesservey.
Thibodeaux lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Thibodeaux drops Jesservey with a big knee straight up the middle! Jesservey is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
It looks like Mack Jesservey has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thibodeaux moves into the clinch successfully.
Thibodeaux lands with a left to the head.
Thibodeaux pushes Jesservey back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Thibodeaux lands a big knee! That's hurt Jesservey! Oh, he's all over the place! Thibodeaux lands another knee that sends Jesservey to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Karockas Thibodeaux!
