Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Isle (ranked 969 p4p, 1996 weight class) and Jackson Silva (ranked 147 p4p, 287 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Thomas Isle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jackson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva moves out of range as Isle strikes.
Silva tries a head kick but it misses.
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Isle has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Isle drops Silva with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Silva looks back up at him and smiles so Isle waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Jackson Silva has been cut.
Thomas Isle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Isle ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Isle to the mat! Isle manages to get full guard.
Isle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Silva keeps trying to improve his position.
Silva prevents Isle from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva thows a huge punch but Isle dodges it nicely.
Isle is trying to stand back up but Silva is controlling him
Silva works his way into side control.
Silva looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Silva trying to control the position but Isle is working away.
Silva is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Isle is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Silva wants to lay and pray for a moment but Isle keeps working.
Isle stops Silva from passing to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Isle is not content to let Silva control the position.
Silva tries to advance to mount but Isle denies him.
Silva wants to control but Isle is keeping him busy.
Silva tries to advance to mount but can't.
Silva has hold of Isle's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Isle seems comfortable defending it but Silva has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Isle is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Isle is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Silva couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jackson Silva!
