PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Red Yabattoir (ranked 1352 p4p, 1489 weight class) and Henry Colt (ranked 72 p4p, 80 weight class). Yabattoir comes to the cage accompanied by Them A Big Chatter Box . I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colt takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Yabattoir throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Yabattoir takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Yabattoir swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Colt throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Yabattoir stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Colt lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Yabattoir working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Colt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Colt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Yabattoir had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Colt defends it easily.

Red Yabattoir decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
