Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Josiah Harlan!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Supa Plex!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plex tries to clinch up
and Harlan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Supa Plex has been cut.
Harlan throws a looping overhand right but Plex ducks down to avoid it.
Plex tries to clinch up but Harlan circles away and keeps his distance.

Plex throws a combination that misses
and Harlan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Plex tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Harlan is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Plex takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Plex has his takedown stuffed
and Harlan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for Harlan.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That has opened up Supa Plex's cut even more.

Harlan cracks Plex with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Harlan has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Plex to stand back up!
Plex is rocked!
Plex glances at the clock... BAM! Harlan nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Plex crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Plex is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Josiah Harlan!

Josiah Harlan decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
