Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mito Taamasa (ranked 5023 p4p, 4087 weight class) and Kemar Powell (ranked 553 p4p, 501 weight class). Powell has chosen Lil Baby & Lil Durk - Hats Off as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Taamasa.
Taamasa throws the kick towards the body but Powell avoids it.
Powell looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Taamasa fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Powell has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Powell takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Taamasa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Powell cracks Taamasa with a right hand to the side of the head.
Taamasa throws a head kick that misses.
Powell now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Taamasa throws a leg kick but Powell checks it.
Taamasa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Taamasa fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Powell is out of range.
Taamasa misses with a head kick.
Powell was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Taamasa ducks under a wild hook from Powell.
Taamasa avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Taamasa tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Powell manages to circle out of the way.
Powell avoids the head kick by Taamasa.
Mito Taamasa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taamasa lands with a thumping leg kick.
Taamasa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Powell.

Powell moves out of range as Taamasa throws a body kick.
Powell throws a looping overhand right but Taamasa ducks down to avoid it.
Taamasa seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Taamasa throws a sloppy head kick and Powell moves out of range easily.
Powell lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A jab from Powell finds it's way through Taamasa's defenses.

It looks like Mito Taamasa has been cut.
A bone on bone clash there as Powell blocks the leg kick.
Powell unleashes a big counter combination but Taamasa bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Taamasa lands with a slapping head kick.
Powell misses with a looping right.
Taamasa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Powell throws a series of punches but Taamasa moves out of range.
Taamasa tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Powell manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Taamasa throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Taamasa tries to land a front kick but Powell steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Taamasa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Nice body kick from Taamasa.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Powell moves out of range of the body kick.
Taamasa has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Taamasa there as he acknowledges the shot.
Powell swats away the attempt to clinch by Taamasa.
Taamasa throws a right hand that misses
and Powell counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Taamasa tries to clinch up but Powell circles away and keeps his distance.
Powell staying out of range there.
Powell blocks the body kick.
Powell thows a left - swing and a miss!
Powell fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Taamasa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Taamasa misses with a body kick.

Taamasa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Taamasa walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Powell connects with an inside leg kick.
Taamasa throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Taamasa is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Powell drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Taamasa right on the button. Taamasa goes down! Powell follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Powell gets the win via TKO!
