Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Toke Axelsen (ranked 968 p4p, 2180 weight class) and Bert McAlroy (ranked 133 p4p, 281 weight class). Axelsen comes to the cage accompanied by Slipknot - The Virus of Life. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toke Axelsen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bert McAlroy!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Axelsen scores with a nice right hand.
McAlroy throws a nice looking combination but Axelsen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Axelsen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Axelsen thows a left - swing and a miss!
Axelsen lands a glancing blow to the side of McAlroy's head.
Axelsen lands an overhand right.
McAlroy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
McAlroy on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Axelsen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
McAlroy with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Axelsen to score with a decent uppercut.
Nice defenses there by Axelsen.
Axelsen takes a jab right on the kisser.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Axelsen paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
McAlroy lands a slapping body shot.
Axelsen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
McAlroy is rocked!
BOOM! Axelsen lands a beautiful left hook that drops McAlroy. McAlroy tries to recover but Axelsen is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and McAlroy lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Toke Axelsen!
Our winner, Toke Axelsen, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
