Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Al Capone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ace Whole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Al Capone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ace Whole! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Capone will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Excellent takedown into side control there by Whole. Capone is looking to regain half guard here but Whole keeps moving and retains side control. Whole tries to move into full mount but can't pass Capone's legs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Whole controlling the position from side mount. Whole decides to stand back up. Whole steps back and let's Capone get back to his feet. Whole drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Capone wants to control but Whole postures up. Capone is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Capone is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Whole is controlling him well. Capone being controlled for a moment.

Whole has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Whole scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

That's going to take a lot out of him. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Whole keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Despite being in the dominant position, Ace Whole just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Whole drives through with a takedown into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Whole controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Whole wants to stand and escape but instead Capone has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Capone preventing the sweep. Whole seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Capone wants to control from the top but Whole keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Capone looking to pass the guard. Capone trying to stand up but can't free himself from Whole's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ace Whole dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Capone misses with a takedown and Whole counters with a shoot takedown. Capone fights it but they end up in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Whole prevents Capone from getting back to his feet. Whole stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Capone swivels though and keeps the full guard. Whole postures up.
Whole decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Capone, up you get! Whole fails with the takedown and Capone counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Capone. Whole tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Capone just stands there and leans against the cage. Capone tries to break the clinch but Whole is controlling the position. Capone can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Al Capone. That's going to take a lot out of him. Whole looking for a takedown. Whole has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Capone is trying to keep an underhook but Whole manages to get the takedown into half guard. Capone trying to hold on to Whole's head to control him but Whole postures up.
Whole content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Whole working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Capone's thigh. Capone counters though and makes it back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Capone is trying to control the position but Whole postures up. Capone lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Whole! Whole is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Ace Whole has got the better of the ground game so far. Capone wants to control the pace but Whole is squirming around nicely. Whole tries to hold on but Capone postures up. Whole really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Capone has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Whole tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Capone Pushes Whole away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
