The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Comblin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dixon counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Lee Comblin has been cut.
Lee Comblin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Comblin misses with a low kick.
Comblin throws a head kick but Dixon moves out of range.
Dixon throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Dixon looks to score with a jab to the body but Comblin is just out of range.
Dixon lands with a right hand.
Comblin misses with a head kick.
Comblin walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dixon lands a right hook to the body.
Some wild striking there from Comblin.
Dixon works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Comblin drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dixon lands a really nice looking cross but Comblin seems unphased.
Dixon cracks Comblin with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Dixon scores with a hook to the body. Comblin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

That has opened up Lee Comblin's cut even more.

Comblin throws a sloppy head kick
and Dixon counters with a straight right hand.

Dixon has taken the fight to the clinch.

Comblin throws a head kick but Dixon moves out of range.
Dixon connects with a body shot.
Comblin throws a series of punches but Dixon moves out of range.
Dixon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Dixon is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Dixon avoids the head kick by Comblin.
Nice straight punches there by Dixon. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dixon.

Dixon pushes Comblin up against the cage in a clinch.
Dixon lands a left hand that snaps the head of Comblin backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dixon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Dixon drops Comblin with a beautiful combination! Comblin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dixon is looking for the KO!

Comblin is rocked!

The cut above Lee Comblin's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

and Dixon counters with a nice uppercut.

Lee Comblin's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Dixon cracks Comblin with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Comblin tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Dixon pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Comblin is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
