And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Qing Wu!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wu ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Wu connects with a good right hand that stumbles Silva. Silva circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wu misses the shot to the body.
Silva takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Jackson Silva has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wu. Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wu sends Silva crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Wu is motioning to the referee to let Silva up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Wu points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Silva wakes up just in time to hear Wu thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Qing Wu!
An out of breath Qing Wu thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
