Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jhonny Mulligan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wild One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jhonny Mulligan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wild One! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! One closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. One seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mulligan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. One content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Mulligan looking for submissions off his back. One controlling the pace. Mulligan trying to hold on to One's head to control him but One postures up.
Mulligan looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Still in half guard, One seems content to control. Mulligan flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mulligan looking for submissions off his back. One sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Mulligan defending well though. One seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mulligan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. One takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Mulligan misses with a takedown attempt and One counters into the clinch. Nicely done. One prevents the takedown attempt.
Mulligan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
One pulls guard successfully.
Mulligan wants to pass the guard but One is keeping the position. Mulligan is breathing heavily. Mulligan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mulligan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Mulligan looking to pass the guard. One pulls Mulligan in close to prevent any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. One is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as One holds on and takes a little breather. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. One's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Mulligan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now One is on top in guard.
Mulligan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. One controlling from the top position. One stands up from Mulligan's guard - One perhaps looking for a knockout. One shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. One showed some decent athleticism there. One wants to pass the guard but Mulligan is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mulligan looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. One is working for a submission of some sort.
Mulligan looking for submissions off his back. Mulligan trying to hold on to One's head to control him but One postures up.
One controlling the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wild One dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
One looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Mulligan avoiding damage under a succession of punches from One. One thows a huge punch but Mulligan dodges it nicely.
Mulligan looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. One wants to stand up but Mulligan has a hold of him and won't allow it. One stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mulligan closes the distance but One moves to the side and One counters with a shoot takedown. Mulligan fights it but they end up in guard. One prevents Mulligan from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mulligan keeping moving, preventing One from controlling successfully. One pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mulligan is keeping the position for now. Mulligan looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
One controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mulligan manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Mulligan lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mulligan. One shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mulligan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. One trying to control the position from guard on top but Mulligan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. One avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Mulligan has his foot on One's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. One works his way back into a safe position though. Mulligan looking for a guillotine here but One defends easily.
One gets to his feet. Mulligan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Mulligan doesn't succeed with the takedown so One counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mulligan looking for a triangle here. One is fighting it but it looks tight! Mulligan pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, One is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Jhonny Mulligan!
