Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aleksandar Ivkov!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivkov throws a looping overhand right but Hall ducks down to avoid it.
Ivkov checks a leg kick.
Ivkov throws a head kick that misses.
Hall seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Hall feints a jab promting Ivkov to slip. Hall then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ivkov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Ivkov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
The crowd cheers as Ivkov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hall doesn't seem phased though.
Ivkov fails to land with a series of punches.
Hall seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
We've been hearing reports that Hall has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Hall closes the distance and clinches.
Ivkov managing to block the knees to the body from Hall.

Ivkov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ivkov misses with a combination

so Hall counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hall forces his way into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Hall seems to be working for a kimura but Ivkov defends the submission attempt.
Ivkov wants to get back to full guard but Hall has passed into side control.
Hall in side control, just content to control the action for now.

Hall wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ivkov, who protects the arm well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here.

Hall in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Ivkov is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
