Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 24005 p4p, 6210 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sss Sss told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 35 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 28 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter B throws a wild body kick that Fighter A sees coming a mile off. Fighter A is looking for a counter combo. Fighter A tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fighter B swivels and escapes. Fighter A shoots in and drives through. Fighter B sprawls well. Fighter B with a lazy takedown attempt and Fighter A counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fighter A is fending him off so far but Fighter B persists. Nope, Fighter A circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter B goes for a double leg but Fighter A avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fighter A continues to drive forward. Fighter A throws a quick counter kick to the body but Fighter B avoids it. Sss Sss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sss Sss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B lands with a kick to the ribs.
Fighter B misses with a body kick. Fighter B gets a takedown into half guard. Fighter B slows the pace down in half guard. Fighter A wants to control but Fighter B passes into side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter B controlling from side mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Fighter A is avoiding damage well.
Fighter B controls the position. Fighter A is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fighter A holding on. You can see the frustration on Fighter A's face as Fighter B controls the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fighter B shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fighter B showed some decent athleticism there. Fighter B is controlling the pace.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B is trying to work for a kimura but Fighter A is defending well.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Fighter A shoots in but Fighter B avoids the takedown attempt easily. Fighter B looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fighter A is fending him off so far but Fighter B persists. Nope, Fighter A circles away and we're back to standing. Fighter A feinted with a counter takedown. Fighter B shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fighter A defends it nicely. Fighter A drops down looking for a counter takedown but Fighter B sprawls and moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice takedown defense from Fighter A. No joy for Fighter B on that attempt. And Fighter A counters with a quick kick to the body but Fighter B blocks it. Sss Sss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sss Sss. Fighter A tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fighter B defends well and Fighter A ends up having to push Fighter B into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Fighter A gets underhooks to prevent Fighter B's takedown attempt.
Fighter B prevents a takedown attempt there.
Fighter B breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. A momentary lapse in concentration from Fighter A enables Fighter B to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fighter A manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Fighter A being controlled here, momentarily. Fighter B is continuing to stall. Fighter A seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Fighter B sitting in guard here, content to control. Fighter A is trying to keep Fighter B in close.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fighter B controlling from the top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fighter B. It appears Fighter A was looking to counter with a kick there. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter A but Fighter A pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fighter A thinks about countering with a body kick. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! Fighter A has his takedown stuffed and Fighter B counters with a three punch combo that has Fighter A backing up. Fighter A nods at Fighter B to acknowledge the strikes. Fighter B shoots in looking for a takedown. Fighter A tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter B keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fighter A manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B gets a double leg takedown into Fighter A's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Fighter B drops back looking for a leg! Fighter A is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fighter A manages to kick Fighter B off! Fighter B jumps back into Fighter A's guard. Fighter B controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Fighter B missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Fighter B with a flurry of punches that miss. Fighter B seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter B shoots in and bounces Fighter A off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Sss Sss has got the better of the ground game so far. Fighter A trying to keep a closed guard but Fighter B is proving a slippery customer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Sss Sss is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Sss Sss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Let's hope that Fighter B has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that's the end of the fight! Sss Sss comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fighter B has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
