Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Peter Dinklage (ranked 4411 p4p, 4395 weight class) and Alejandro Saavedra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Saavedra's choice of entrance music: La Vida Es Un Carnaval - Celia Cruz. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Dinklage!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alejandro Saavedra!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dinklage clinches.
Dinklage scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Dinklage.
Dinklage swings wildly with an uppercut but Saavedra uses good head movement to avoid it.
Dinklage gets underhooks to prevent Saavedra's takedown attempt.
Saavedra goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dinklage prevents it.
Dinklage scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Saavedra is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Dinklage can't fight it off and eventually Saavedra manages to take the fight to the floor. Dinklage looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Saavedra throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dinklage works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Saavedra postures up.
Dinklage looking to hit a scissor sweep but Saavedra is one step ahead there.
Saavedra sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dinklage's guard.
Saavedra passes to full mount!
Saavedra has control of Dinklage's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dinklage regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dinklage is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Saavedra locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Dinklage is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Alejandro Saavedra!
