Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Borat Sagdiyev (ranked 4428 p4p, 4427 weight class) and Howie Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagdiyev lands with a nice body punch.
Nice defenses there by Robinson.
Sagdiyev jabs Robinson right on the nose. Robinson blinks but takes it well.
Robinson throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sagdiyev connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Robinson moves into the clinch.
Sagdiyev misses with the head strike.
Sagdiyev tries to work over Robinson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Robinson misses with the head strike.
Robinson lands a left hand.
Sagdiyev misses with some punches.
A short right from Sagdiyev on the inside.
Robinson tries a knee to the head but Sagdiyev blocks it.
Sagdiyev doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Robinson pushes Sagdiyev back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Robinson manages to pull guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Robinson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sagdiyev manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Robinson is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Robinson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sagdiyev's head.
Sagdiyev wants to sweep but no luck.
Sagdiyev is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Robinson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Sagdiyev knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Robinson on the ground.
Robinson lands a couple of digs.
Oh Sagdiyev is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Robinson postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Sagdiyev covers up, he's hurt! Robinson keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Robinson and the ref steps in to end the fight! Robinson can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
