Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Helen Salvacion (ranked 25158 p4p, 5424 weight class) and Aaron Marxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helen Salvacion could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Aaron Marxer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from Marxer.
A lazy left from Marxer finds it's target.

A quick step to the side and Salvacion tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
No joy there for Marxer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Marxer cracks a nice hook into Salvacion's ribs.
Marxer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Salvacion throws a quick counter kick to the body but Marxer avoids it.
Marxer ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Marxer shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Marxer has an Americana. Salvacion didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Marxer is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Marxer hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
