Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kugus Amiga (ranked 24544 p4p, 24564 weight class) and Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kugus Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clifford Val Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Salvacion shoots in for a double leg but Amiga sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Amiga throws a big counter combination but Salvacion scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Amiga as he avoids it easily. Amiga appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Amiga throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Amiga scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion is trying to control but can't.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Amiga sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Salvacion trying to control here.
Salvacion might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Amiga haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Amiga shoots in looking for a takedown but Salvacion manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Amiga's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Salvacion follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Salvacion shoots and misses and Amiga counters with a takedown into side control. Kugus Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clifford Val Salvacion. Salvacion tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Amiga wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Salvacion trying to remain calm as Amiga controls from the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga working away. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Salvacion being controlled for a moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Amiga shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Salvacion as he jumps to the side. Amiga closes the distance and clinches up with Salvacion, looking for a takedown. Amiga pushes Salvacion against the cage but Salvacion circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. And Salvacion responds with a good body kick, but Amiga manages to step out the way in time. Amiga shoots in but no luck this time. Salvacion is trying to counter with his kicks. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Salvacion thinks about the counter body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kugus Amiga dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Salvacion shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Salvacion was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Amiga is being controlled here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga is looking to reverse the position. Amiga is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Salvacion can do to turn this around? Amiga struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga seems a little lost for a moment, as Salvacion dominates the positioning. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Amiga is trying to control Salvacion's posture but Salvacion avoids it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Amiga closes this distance looking for a takedown but Salvacion circles away. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Amiga sprawls well. Amiga wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Salvacion gets slowly back to his feet. Amiga half committed to a counter leg kick. Amiga slaps away a takedown attempt from Salvacion, before circling back to the center of the mat. Amiga is looking for a counter combo.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Salvacion to the ground. Amiga is now in Salvacion's guard. Amiga wants to control from the top but Salvacion keeps moving. Amiga showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kugus Amiga overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Salvacion has control of Amiga's left arm, preventing Amiga from doing any damage. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kugus Amiga dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Salvacion drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Amiga is adopting a defensive guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Amiga wants to control the position but Salvacion says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Amiga is holding on to half guard well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Salvacion sitting and controlling from the half guard.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Amiga looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Salvacion! Salvacion is trying to control Amiga's posture but Amiga avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion being controlled for a moment. Amiga is working Salvacion over with some ground and pound from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Amiga controls the position. Both fighters take a look at the clock. Salvacion is trying to escape the position but Amiga is controlling the position. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Clifford Val Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kugus Amiga is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga working away.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Amiga scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
And that's the end of the fight! Kugus Amiga showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Amiga, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
