Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Julius Lew (ranked 2771 p4p, 3506 weight class) and Gary Garrison (ranked 0 p4p, 417 weight class). Garrison has chosen 300 Violin Orchestra as his entrance music. Garrison has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Julius Lew!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gary Garrison!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Lew coming out on top.
Garrison looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Garrison throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lew cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Garrison is rocked!
Lew turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Lew feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Garrison sprawling to the canvas! Garrison rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Lew finish him?!
Garrison is still on wobbly legs! Can Lew finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Garrison misses with a lunging right hand
and Lew counters by clinching up.
Lew misses with a punch on the inside.
Lew controlling the position using the Thai clinch, unloads with a massive knee! Boom! He's out cold and slumps to the floor against the cage! I can't wait to see the slow motion replay of that one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Julius Lew!
An out of breath Julius Lew thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Gary Garrison spoke after the fight, saying 'I'll be back'.
