Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Wilson (ranked 5849 p4p, 24263 weight class) and Boko Haram (ranked 263 p4p, 276 weight class). Boko Haram will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Wilson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Boko Haram! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson takes a swing at Haram's ribcage but misses. Haram scores with a jab to the jaw. Haram bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wilson's head. Haram connects with the punch.
Wilson is rocked! Wilson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Wilson not landing any meaningful shots this time. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Wilson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Haram wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haram is looking for a sweep. Wilson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Wilson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Wilson prevents Haram from improving his position. Wilson is taking a breather. Haram says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Wilson throws a head kick but Haram moves out of range.
Haram uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wilson has time to react. Wilson misses with a kick to the body and Haram connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wilson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Haram looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilson is looking to take a break and control but Haram is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Wilson prevents Haram from improving his position. Wilson with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Haram wants to control but Wilson is keeping busy.
Haram tries to roll over but Wilson keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Haram defends it well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Haram defending well though. Haram kicks Wilson off and gets back to his feet. Haram connects with a body shot. Wilson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Wilson working away. Haram sneaks back into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Haram is trying to get back to full guard. Haram pushes Wilson off looking to stand but Wilson dives back in and keeps control.
Wilson wants to control but Haram is keeping him busy. Haram keeping hold of Wilson's head, controlling as best he can. Wilson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Haram defends it well. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Boko Haram dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Haram displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Haram uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wilson has time to react. Oh Wilson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Wilson misses with a takedown and Haram counters with a crisp right that sends Wilson to the canvas! Haram follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
