Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Simbolon (ranked 3117 p4p, 2422 weight class) and Bigi Boi Chai (ranked 360 p4p, 297 weight class). Simbolon comes to the cage accompanied by Beat It. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Simbolon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bigi Boi Chai!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai misses with a hook. Simbolon ducked under it nicely.
Chai blocks a jab.
Simbolon dips to his left and cracks Chai with an uppercut!
Chai tries a head kick but it misses.
Simbolon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chai appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Simbolon tests Chai's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Simbolon's jab looks to have found its range, popping Chai under the eye.
Chai steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Simbolon.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nice defenses there by Chai.
Simbolon listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Simbolon ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Simbolon throws out a loose jab but Chai uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chai on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Chai misses with a lunging right hand
and Simbolon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Simbolon misses with a lunging right hand
and Chai counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Chai misses with a wild combination.
Simbolon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chai manages to avoid it.
Simbolon with a nice cross.
Simbolon throws a monster overhand right that drops Chai! Simbolon follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
