Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Rockefeller (ranked 827 p4p, 1271 weight class) and Tu Barrels (ranked 127 p4p, 187 weight class). Rockefeller comes to the cage accompanied by The Trooper- Iron Maiden. Barrels has chosen Lock stock and as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rockefeller dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Barrels jabs Rockefeller right on the nose. Rockefeller blinks but takes it well.
Rockefeller keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Barrels.
Rockefeller lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Barrels at a distance.
Barrels throws out a powerful jab.
Barrels avoids the head kick by Rockefeller .
Nice defenses there by Rockefeller .
Barrels misses with a combination
and Rockefeller counters with a crisp right hand that drops Barrels! Rockefeller lets Barrels back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
It looks like Tu Barrels has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rockefeller throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tu Barrels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rockefeller takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Barrels has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Rockefeller misses with a low kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Barrels.
Barrels misses the jab.
Barrels misses with an uppercut
and Rockefeller counters with a crisp right hand that drops Barrels! Rockefeller lets Barrels back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Barrels is rocked!
Rockefeller is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Barrels flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Barrels is out cold! Rockefeller holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
