The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masamba throws a hook but Whiest blocks it.
Masamba throws an overhand right that lands on Whiest's shoulder, as Whiest tries to avoid the shot.
Masamba ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Whiest moves away.
Whiest misses with an uppercut. Masamba saw that one coming.
Whiest takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Masamba lands a body shot.
Masamba missing with a left hand there. Whiest was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Masamba throws a hook but Whiest blocks it.
Masamba feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Whiest sprawling to the canvas! Whiest rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Masamba finish him?!
Whiest is rocked!
It looks like Bill Whiest has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Masamba lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
