The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Be fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Maia.
Maia has his takedown stuffed
and Maia takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A telegraphed right hand from Be misses the target.
Be definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Maia fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Be sprawls well initially but Maia persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Maia works his way into full mount!

Maia bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Be's guard.
Maia stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Be swivels though and keeps the full guard.
