Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felix Fortuna (ranked 4397 p4p, 5372 weight class) and Wesly Boom (ranked 476 p4p, 521 weight class). Felix Fortuna looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Felix Fortuna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wesly Boom!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fortuna misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Boom looks to score with a jab to the body but Fortuna is just out of range.
Boom looks to land a combination but Fortuna avoids it well.

Boom closes the distance and clinches.
Fortuna misses with a punch to the body.
Fortuna has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Boom avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fortuna tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Boom just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Felix Fortuna. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Boom is trying to break the clinch but Fortuna is controlling him.
Fortuna fails to pull guard.
Fortuna wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Boom gets underhooks to prevent Fortuna's takedown attempt.
Fortuna is breathing heavily.
Fortuna tries to pull guard but Boom forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Fortuna fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Fortuna is looking for a takedown.
Boom keeps control of Fortuna as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Fortuna gets control of Boom's arms and successfully pulls guard. Fortuna will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Boom seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Boom pushes down on Fortuna's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Fortuna is trying to maintain the position but Boom is very close to passing his half guard.
Boom lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fortuna is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Boom scores with a couple of nice shots.
Boom is taking a breather. Fortuna says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Boom lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Boom looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Fortuna on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fortuna tries to get out of the position.
Boom looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Boom is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Boom has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Fortuna takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Boom's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
