Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chrysanthos Xanthopoulos (ranked 1063 p4p, 970 weight class) and Nori Voluspa (ranked 150 p4p, 137 weight class). Chrysanthos Xanthopoulos has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xanthopoulos lands a jab to the nose.

Voluspa closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Xanthopoulos's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Chrysanthos Xanthopoulos will probably get the nod.

Voluspa is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Xanthopoulos with him. Xanthopoulos is trying to defend but Voluspa has an arm under the chin now! Xanthopoulos grimaces and is forced to tap out!
