The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mircea misses with a left hand

Mircea goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Da Oxlade appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Mircea connects with an inside leg kick.
The fighters circling - Mircea throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Da Oxlade looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.

Mircea missing with a left hand there. Da Oxlade was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mircea lands with a thumping leg kick.
Da Oxlade throws a head kick that misses.
Da Oxlade takes one on the button.
Mircea throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A counter left hand to the body from Da Oxlade misses its target.
Mircea throws a wild body kick that Da Oxlade sees coming a mile off.

Da Oxlade takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mircea uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Da Oxlade has time to react.

Mircea is stalking Da Oxlade. Da Oxlade circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Mircea, and it's lights out! Da Oxlade really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
