Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Mazepin (ranked 2347 p4p, 2595 weight class) and Marwin Mueller (ranked 290 p4p, 310 weight class). Mazepin comes to the cage accompanied by boom. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marwin Mueller!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mueller lands a glancing blow to the side of Mazepin's head.
It looks like Fedor Mazepin has been cut.
Mazepin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mueller.
Mueller thuds his right hand into Mazepin's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A big right from Mueller misses.
Mazepin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mueller avoids it really well and circles away.
Mueller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mueller wants it to stay on the feet.
Mueller tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Mazepin takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Mueller working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Check out the look on Mueller's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Mueller looks up at the clock and then as Mazepin takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Mueller smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Mazepin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mueller pulls his head out easily.
Mueller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mazepin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mueller is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Mazepin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mueller pulls his head out easily.

Mazepin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mueller can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mueller must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
